An in home consultation to survey the layout and use of the room.
An interview to determine your needs, wants and personal style.
A photographic survey of the space.
Thoughtful floor plans and furniture placement
Presentation of a full design plan, including the following:

               Specific furniture selection and placement
               Wall coverings and/or wall color
               Window treatment fabric and design
               Suggested Accessories

At the time of scheduling, each room requires a $450.00 retainer fee, which will be applied towards any contract worth a minimum of $3000.00. Each retainer is for the scope of one room only and applied to the contract within 30 days of the presentation.

*clients who live over 25 miles from Hinsdale, IL will be charged for designers travel time

Full Professional Design Service II

Selections coordination for new construction or remodeling
Accessorizing and refreshing rooms
Wall covering and wall color selections

At the time of scheduling, an hourly fee of $150 is applied with a 3 hour minimum. This fee also includes travel time to and from the destination.

The cost to this option is based on the clients specific needs, time frame and square footage to be covered.
